Hello 51cent, thanks for the reply. Yes I did restart the camera. My camera supports wpa and so does the router. Back then I used to call Panasonic for support and they would fix it really quick but now that the camera is discontinued, Panasonic won't give any tech support for it.

Can someone help me install this Panasonic BL-C131 to AT&T's Arris NVG599 router? I couldn't do it in automatic mode because I don't think this router supports UPnP so I did it in Static mode with Port 5000 open. I just don't know if I opened the port correctly. The camera works when it's wired but won't work wirelessly and the LED light on the camera is flashing red. Also, I'm using an old laptop with Windows Vista. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
