The DX3100 hard drives can be ordered with the images already on the drive. Although Pelco doesn't have an off the shelf part number for the drive with image. Contact service and repair, you can ship the drives back and they will add the image. More then likely without charging you. Next time you place a new order contact product support. they will make sure your drives come to you with an image installed.
