Auto backup DVR recordings to Computer

Hi I have got a DVR with two 4 TB hard disks. 1. Is there a way to auto backup these recordings to a network PC or any other drive (example NAS drive). 2. If the data can be copied to some other PC then how can I view the recordings. Thanks
