Dear Customer, Please make sure it is NV6480 Express card that can stacked to be 32CH solution. For long and previous phased out NV6480 card, it can support 16CH. Hi pochrist, When system prompt the message means either webcam port 80, remote console port 5550 are somehow unable to be set as port for webcam access usage. You can find a little tool named active ports and install to the CCTV PC. You can use it to check which application occupied port 80 or port 5550. Please be noted that webcam,remote console, remote desktop ports number I have provided is default value, you can change to any other port you wish to use. Thanks.

Dear customer, Please make sure the webcam port/remote console port or Remote desktop port is not occupied by other software, ie. Skype or MSN. also some antivirus software might take over port 80 privillege. You can try change webcam port to other ports and using http://IP:port to access your dvr.

Hi, Can you check again of your software version for us to check? It seems to be it can be working fine with latest version software, can I know if your CPU is core2duo above Q6600?

Dear customer, Can I know in detial of your software version, you can find the software version by following, 1. Click the Exit button 2. Click on about button 3. You will find detailed version as 7.1.x.xxxx or 7.3.x.x.xxxx for example. Could I confirm which country are you in and sorry to bother have you consulted your local distributor and what is their feedback?

Dear Customer, Please kindly be informed that for NV3000 you need to purchased main card to extend the channels. The extension video card is designed for NV5000 usage. Yes they are the same in quality. The big difference between those 2 dvrs is 1704HB has IP and PTZ controlling support which eb1304net doesn't have.
