    HIK NVR can't read No Plate

    Hi, Dear members , I bought an HIK NVR DS-7608NI-E1 with Two HIK Cameras 3MP(DS-2CD2032F-1). It can't read the Car No Plates from a distance of 55 Feet . Is this normal or do need to configure the NVR , the resolution currently is at HD1080P. The vendor advised to get PTZ camera for Number Plate.
