Hi, The only stickers on the card are B-B, 1000 Audio, No. 04-001182, 00004019063, on the following set of numbers the 04, and the 0 are crossed out QC OK 03 04 1034567 89ABC. The GV1000 V1.11 is stamped on the board. I loaded the drivers first then the software. Error message this device can't start (code 10). Thanks for the help and Happy New Year. Joe

Hi, Please help! I have an intel Pentium 4 processor, 540 3.2 GHZ and a 1MB 800F CACHE 512MB DDR2 SDRAM at 400 MHZ and a 128 MB PCI express X16 (DVI/VGA/TV-out) ATI Radeon X300 SE a 400 GB serial ATA HD (7200RPM) windows XP. I have a GV-1000 card with a version V3 on the chip and I have the 6.1 software. Do I need an older version of software? The problem is it can’t find keypro. Thank you for the help, Joe
