In the manual for the device, I see some features that seem to be missing on my device. This despite the administrator's login. I also get surveillance "authentication error" when I try to log in via web access. Are there any problems updating the device to the latest current firmware version? Thank you for clarifying this for me. Thought RoHS Conform was a supplier. I found this' KPD674ZA Firmware 1044 "on this page http://www.stamelectronics.com/download/dvr/avtech.html My unit has software version 1030-1012-1012-1014. Can I upgrade my KPD674ZA firmware from 1030 to version 1044? /D
