Hi, I hope somebody can help us out. during configuring something happend and most likely the password has been corrupted.
On a label on the bottem of the chassis there is a label and it shows:
D2004V
20120105039
English PAL
on the rear near the fan: chinese characters and J2004156047
I am able to telnet as root (no password) but there is no option to change admin password. (as far as I can see)

None of nfsroot found in cmdline.
Has anybody an idea how to reset to factory or whom to contact?
I was not able to find the manuafactor for this DVR.
sugestions are welcome.
