    - Hello eveyone. I purchased a DS-7108N-SN/P NVR from the taobao website. But my product does not support english. Can you send me the english version firmware of this product? By the way, I can not add a serial number to the hik-connect website. It says "No device is found. Make sure the serial No. is correct and the device is connected properly". Please get help form all of member. Thank you very much.
