Thanks for the links. I would like to know if any one has dealt with Eyeview products (http://www.eyeview.com.tw/product.php?act=list&category_id=5 ) before. I bought PTZ from them twice, both defective. Now I am stuck with one pending for repair. If I send it back to Taiwan, I am loosing money due to the shipping cost. If I don't I am stuck with a piece of junk. Does this company has service centre in America? I am wondering if all other Eyeview products are like this.

There is a lot of difference between Meg-2 and Mpeg-4. The web site exagerated the difference between Meg-4 and H.264. Other than the slight advantage provided by H.264, it uses a lot more CPU time.
