I have everything set correctly. I have another camera that i hooked up the same way and everything works fine on it. "this " camera will power up, go through its rotations(iris,zoom pan, tiltwork during rotations) then when i try to controlit nothing happens. all wiring looks ok

gUYS, can anyone help me. I have a sensormatic speedome 2000 ptz camera. The problem is i have a picture and when i move the controller(up) and D(down) the dome JUST SPINS but when i move it side to side nothing happens. What could be the problem. ALSO DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A WEBSITE OR SOMEWHERE WHERE I CAN FIND A TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE tHANKS

Hey thanks for all your help. Ill be out of town tomorrow but if you find something out please let me know. If you come across any parts let me know what you'd want or them. I have a couple cameras and they all seem tohave something different wtrong with them. I used the board off of the 1 camera that did moveside to side and placed it on (this camera) and this camera will spin But will not move side to side. Would it be probable to think that the tilt motor is bad?? I just don't know why when i place this board on all my camera s some do 1 think and some do something else. Thanks

my sensormatic speedome 2000 has a picture it seems to zoom iris seems ok but i can't get it to move from side to side. Anyone know of a site to find any troubleshooting tips. I already looked at american dynamics and can't find this model anywhere. Thanks
