Hello, All the equipment is from a generic brand named "ZPlus 24X7 Eye" Not much info is given on the box, and I'm unable o find the product online. I've attached the images. I don't know the cable type, on cable, it is written "Z-Plus 3+1 (Diamond) SOLID HIGH PERFORMANCE CCTV WIRE" Cable length is from 1.5-2m to 8-9m. Total 6 cameras. One thing I noticed when the camera is in night view mode but the room is not completely dark (eg a light is on in the adjacent room and some light is going into the dark room through an open door) only then I get the coloured lines, in complete darkness, the output is completely fine.

I got CCTV installed for my house by a professional service, but I'm facing an issue. Weird coloured lines are appearing on the display during night view mode. During day mode everything works fine but during night-view (when IR turns on) these colour lines appear. https://imgur.com/a/Ka7sT The person who installed the Setup tried hard to remove the lines, short of changing the camera and connecting wires, everything has been changed ie DVR and Power supply but the problem still exist. Can someone help me? All equipment is from company named "ZPLUS 24x7 EYE"
