I'm new to the forum - this is my first post. I am also a complete novice when it comes to CCTV.
I have backed up 20 days of recordings for 16 channels in H264 format from the DVR on to a computer. I would like to view the recordings on a computer. What software (preferably freeware) do I need to view the recordings. If possible I would like to be able to view all 16 channels on the screen, and then click onto a particular channel to view it as I would if reviewing footage using the DVR.
I would also like to be able to creates clips of relevant sections of footage and save them as video files.
