Any of the switched listed will handle your bandwidth requirements without issue. 84Mbps is not a lot of bandwidth 10/100 for the cameras and 1GB connection for the server. -

I have lots of cameras mounted on poles mostly wooden ones and vibration isn't a issue. When it gets windy the pole will sway but thats about it. -

Watch out for ISP's bandwidth caps. You can easily blow though these streaming video. Also make sure you read your ISPs contract to make sure your not violating their T&C. -
