Those are Hikvision OEM cameras so you should be able to find your missing parts on the internet somewhere. I know I have a handful laying around at the shop somewhere.

Axis Cameras with Optical Zooming / Bullet Camera
thewireguys replied to n.khaznadar's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
Do you plan to use the Q1765-LE cameras inside or outside? We have issues with them going out of focus when they are B/W mode. I would recommend Avigilon's ACC software with Axis cameras or if you want Avigilon has some very nice bullet cameras with optical zoom that you should check out. -
Avigilon and WiFi cameras
thewireguys replied to kyee's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
Though I don't recommend it these cameras from Hikvision work well but you need good Wifi gear/design for a reliable system. http://overseas.hikvision.com/us/Products_accessries_10510_i7599.html#prettyPhoto -
Has a great image but could use a wider FOV. Works well with Avigilon, Genetec (SIP) and DVTel.

Axis Encoder M7014 and Genetec Security Center

They have a mix of new and old GE stuff. All the old stuff is getting replaced. All the new GE stuff is rebranded Hikvision cameras so they work just fine. Interesting. I wonder if Hikvision Cameras will work with a Interlogix NVR? I wouldn't be surprised if those NVRs are Hikvision OEM too. Hikvision's SADP software discovers the GE cameras. -

Axis Encoder M7014 and Genetec Security Center
thewireguys replied to ciroryder's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
We just won a project to switch a 700 camera Genetec system to Avigilon. Customer said Genetec is to complicated and to expensive. They have old D1 GE cameras which we are switching out to Aviglon and they have new GE and Samsung cameras which we are keeping and recording in ACC. -
NVR Server transferred to new Server room 1400ft away
thewireguys replied to Alponching69's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
minimum quantity of fiber from sellers over here is 500m, price per meter is $4... he won't have his own terminating gear so there's another $1k if it's got lots of cores, the media converters will be around $250 each if he does not have switch's with transceivers in them... not disagreeing that fiber is the way to go in most situations, but if he's being cheap and nasty (you getting that Vibe? I'm getting that Vibe) as opposed to a few boxes of cat 5 at $100 a box (for 300m per box) and a few cheap $70 switch's....... Don't get me wrong, I think the whole approach is wrong, but what he's got is what he's got! $4 a foot? You can get 50/125 fiber for .50 a foot and you can order it pre terminated for an additional cost. -
How well do Hikvivion work with Avigilon?
thewireguys replied to 8080xt's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
Yes Hikvision works with Avigilon. They connect VIA ONVIF and motion detection works. -
MegaPixel Cameras - Images and Demos
thewireguys replied to rory's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
Avigilon's 4K PRO camera night time sample image.... 1/30 exposure **All for images are from the same camera just digital zooming into different parts of the image. -
No luck with factory reset. Contacted Avigilon and they said I have to go through an integrator to RMA. Where did you purchase the camera?
-
Do a factory reset at the camera then try to upgrade the firmware again. If you are connected to Avigilon ACC make sure you running the lastest version 5.6.2.14 and the firmware will automaticly be pushed out to the camera. If that doesn't fix it and the camera is still in warranty call Avigilon's support and they will RMA the camera and ship you an advanced replacement.

We are working on a project just like this. Finding the path for the wireless back to the head end is the most challenging part for us. What wireless are you looking to deploy?

Significant problem with Hikvision PTZ's
thewireguys replied to hardwired's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
I disagree. It would be easy for them to send the motion flag whenever the camera is moved. -

VMS Question
thewireguys replied to spartan1685's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
You can't install Exacq or Milestone on the NAS. You can use it as a storage target or use NAS's VMS platform.
