The site is Switchgear station, which doing all transfer the power between utility company and Generator, these. The example can be the ESPN site, we doing back up power system. Inside those room, Normally the light will never shut down, but someone might turn it off by accident. Basically, customer want to record every movement inside the room, can zoom in to certain area for detail, such as standing behind the guy and watching on what he is doing. I am preferring IP CAM, because it is easier for install and replace and setting up. thanks

Hi guys, I trying to get my company design and set up one of the security system for customer. I think you guy can help me on this. Basicly, I looking for a really good, or the best system. The system will included workstation, monitor, 4 to 8 channel, view, record, motion detection, pan and tilt cam, day/night color. Money is not an issue. I just went through the "Avigilon site" and it seems they has really equipment. What do you guy think? thanks

I have hooked up to the tv, and it is happening the same thing on the tv. I have redone all the end connector, but no luck. I also tested the cameras and they are all good as the number 1. I also switched the power port to the good camera port, and still no luck. It is the shade of the house

Can anyone help me with this. I decided to go with the RG6 on the setup or 4 cam. Which kind of power cable that I'm going use? since I'm going run the coaxial by myself, so I'm assuming that I have to make the power cable to each of the cameras. I don't really know what kind of the power plug that I will use, and where can I get those plugs. thanks

My plan is want to set up the PC system for my home, which will be 4 IR Cam and DVR card for the pc. Can someone give me any suggestion on the DVR card, good camera and what type of cable that I want to use? Any idea is counted? thanks

thanks for all the suggestion. It is really helpful. Compare between the Cat5 for CCTV and the Coaxial cable RG59. Which one is better? Because the camera has to install for outdoor and the cat5 will get a lot of noise, right? I like the Geovision too, I never used but I read all the features and Geovision is known well name from most of the sites. Does the Geovision GV-800 good enough for 4 IR Cams. where can I get the good deal on it? thanks
