Hello, My DVR model is: iDS-7104HQHI-M1/S (on the latest update) My Camera model is: DS-2CE12KF0T-F There is no audio neither in liveview nor in playback.. - The camera setting is on TVI. - Record:parameter:stream type is on video&audio. - Audio source:camera. - Video encoding:h.264 - Advanced parameter schedule settings: record audio is on. - System: live view: general: audio is on. - Live view audio is on. I'm connecting the DVR to a monitor via HDMI, (HDMI carry audio, right?) What should I do/try?

Hello, I’ve a dahua DVR (DHI-HCVR4104HE-S2) in our building, I’m the admin of it, and I wanted to let 2 users to be able to watch the cameras (just watching, via mobile or desktop) So I’ve added two users with these authorities as below: But the problem is that these two users are still able to change the cameras’ resolution. So, what can I do to disallow them from changing cameras’ resolution/encoding ?
