Hi There, The .bu files will only play on a Samsung DVR system. You need to download a .sec file and then play this on Smartviewer to view your CCTV files. Hope this helps.

Hi Has anyone come across a CCTV footage download as a .vcr and .html files. I have managed to allow Java to play these files in the web link or Internet Explorer but it just plays as a black screen. I have updated Java and IE but still no joy. Has anyone come across these before? I have attached the files that it downloads but any help would be very welcomed. Thank u

Does anyone have a player to play BU files on the PC as am unable to get these to play ion any player I can files. I believe it comes form a Samsung DVR system. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi The X-Vim DVR it has a built date of 09/06/14. States System is V4-02-R11.24340082.100000.0300.LSK. I have attached an image of the DVR also if this helps. KR

Hi Folks, Am new to this post room. I have a X-Vim DVR, Model B-4-D-500-001 But am unable to get pass the password I have tried the usual 12345, 88888888, 0000000 etc but no joy. I can't remember what the default one is or how to change the system to the default one if anyone can help that be great . Thank you
