    Heater on Dynacolor NH820-20

    Hello, I'm new on this board and in the camera world in general. I have a question regarding the Heater in the NH820-20 PTZ Dynacolour camera. During winter the lens was foggy, so we've activated the heater in the camera. I want to know if it's possible to have the heater operating on a schedule ? Because if I have to manually toggle the heater on and off, my client will probably want change the cameras entirely. Thanks you.

    You could have your storage drives off site and record on them through web. That way if someone breaks in and smashes your NVR, you still have footage.
