    Hi got similar problem on my Dahua camera cannot change the Control in the ptz settings so no motor zoom or camera menu, driving me nuts.

    Hi Tom and thanks, i can not open the PTZ part on this cam, it wants a protocol not got a clue what this is, not sure if this cam is bad i have two similar dahua cams and they was just plug and play.

    Hi All not sure if this is right place, anyway have a Dahua tribrid dvr but problem with new cam Dahua DH-HAC-HFW2401RP-Z-IRE6 i can see the cam on the CVBS lead but nothing on the HDCVI lead, but in the cvbs its b/w and can"t get into camera settings. all help welcome.
