    back up to flash drive problem

    Okay, when I try to back up files from my DVR onto a flash drive it won't let me. It reads "No Data" on the screen. I know the data has been recorded onto my DVR, because when I go to that day Im trying gto back up onto a flash drive it plays. So, why does it say "no data"?
