Hi Maciej, Welcome to the forum! Just a few questions to get an idea of what type of system you require how many cameras do you need? what resolution cameras would you like? are you installing the system yourself?

Hi Myo, If you go the HikVision website and click on downloads and find your model number to match for the latest firmware. Simply put the downloaded unzipped file on to a usb and update the firmware on the DVR. There is a official HikVision video on youtube which explains step by step how to upgrade your firmware Hope this Helps
