new to the forum.
looking to reset password of above dvr recorder.
I have trawled around forums/youtube for answers to no avail.
this is the second recorder I have replaced and the supplier has said it will cost me £24 to reset user password.
the chassis is badged as KNIGHT and the motherboard states - DS-80261_P if that is any help.
I have tried a few downloads with generated password according to the time, I have also reset unit by taking battery out.
I have also used an app called
SADP tool to no avail.
any help would be appreciated.
