    Dead Easy, Amazing Tool. Make sure NVR/DVR is connected to network and you know the IP of it. Open the reset tool, enter the IP and wait till message Reset Ok, then unplug NVR then plug back in. Wola, all clear http://support.hkvstar.com/file/ResetTool.zip
