You can look into reolink camera, especially the PTZ one that provides rather crisp HD videos and nice features for driveway, it's a bit pricey though, but worth looking into https://reolink.com/product/rlc-423/ or you can check out the review https://www.vueville.com/home-security/cctv/ip-cameras/review-reolink-rlc-423-4mp-ptz-ip-camera/. If you are tight on budget, choosing 422 https://reolink.com/product/rlc-422/ is not bad, similar features except the pan tilt function. 1440p HD with zooming capability.
