    Video server troubles

    I have purched a product that is new on the market. CPT-IP400n a video server made by capture. Trying to remote access two analog cameras over the internet. Have a router with ports open and DDns site set up. The server comes with software and when installed works fine online. I can connect to the server through a web browser but no video. The server uses quicktime as its player and just hangs when trying to connect. Checked all settings reinstalled quicktime (8times). I think it might be a plugin missing. Server uses Mpeg4. Tech support was nice and friendly but had no idea what the product was or how it worked. Any help would be great.
