I wan to buy my first security camera and I am thinking at DH-SD42CA212TN-HNI.
The specs I would like:
1) indoor ceiling camera
2) to perform good in low light
3) good quality, I want to install it, and to not touch it at least 5 years
4) motion and audio detection
5) start recording and free notifications based on moving and audio detection
6) IP camera with POE
7) I would like to use a computer to record the videos and to be able to save the content to a shared folder
Since I have no experience with security cameras I have some concerns:
1) I don't know who is handling the audio detection, the camera it self or the software that will replace the NVR?
I am asking this because I couldn't find anything related to the audio detection for the DH-SD42CA212TN-UNI
2) Is Dahua providing a free software to handle the cameras? or I should use something else?
3) There are any other cameras around 400$ that I should take into consideration?
I will appreciate any feedback or help.
