Hope you can help. I have 4 dahua HDCVI (coax) cameras with motorized lens. They worked perfectly fine all.
Since some days ONE of these cameras just stays dark in night and the zoom doesnt work. I have perfectly fine image
during day, but when its time to switch on the IR lights it just stays dark. All other cameras working perfectly fine.
To bring the camera alive again the only thing which helps is to "hard" unplug the power cord of the power adapter and plug it back again.
Then it works perfectly fine again - including the zoom. (Till the next evening).
What do you thing this could be?
- I own a 12-14V DC power adapter with 15A
- The power wires to the camera are long (around 10m)
- The power adapter is set to 13.5V. (Camera spec. is 12V DC +/- 15%)
