Well we brought the system from Argos but as this system is made by Yale we thought it better to contact them but still waiting for a response. We cant access anything from the drop down box that comes up, ie menu, record etc: all that pops up is a system login box with admin in the user name section and password which is a blank box. Is there anything on this dvr that can put it back to factory settings maybe?

We brought a Yale Smart HD1080 CCtV system the other day but we cant access the menu as its not letting us log in. In the book it says that the default password is left blank so we ok it but then it will either say invalid password or it will lock us out for a while, the lock out code is 11806130. Is there a master password? I've tried contacting Yale by phone and email but get no response from them which is pretty bad so if anyone can help with this it would be much appreciated .
