Hello guys,
I have 4 cctv provision cameras (one is ptz) and their dvr. It's supposed to be a brand new super dvr but this company can't even put an option for ftp upload. I have talked with one of their representatives regarding to the issue and they say that in order to connect the dvr to a cloud storage, I need to connect the dvr to an online computer which will store the recording and upload them to it. Obviously it's ridiculous. I was wondering what I can do. Is there a dvr which supports ftp upload and is capable to replace the current one?
