can i use 2 DNS on 1 router?

i think i know what should i do now after briefly thought about what both of the senior said. My Router modem is 4 ports, tomcctv. I think what should i do now is that i don't need to use 2 DNSs on one router, all i need to do is just use 1 DNS on a router and set different port to forward on the port forward function in router and i will choose which DVRs to be viewed by www.domainname.com:80 for first DVR, and www.domainname.com:81 for the second DVRs. Am i right?Soundy and vin2install? correct me if i'm wrong on it. Thanks.

can i use 2 DNS on 1 router?

that get me an idea to it, but it is based on Modem router too? i don't see that we can putting in 2 DNS in it? for the port 80 and port 81 i got the ideas too, just that how i should apply it? or just normal setting portforwarding will do on it?

  4. Hi there, i was wondering is that possible we can enhance the video after we record it on a DVR and retrieve from it?or taking a snapshot of it and mod it to more better picture quality? Sorry to post it here, i really don't know where should i start this thread anyway. Thanks in advance.
  5. Hi there, and i will like to know how should i do to turn it out? I did saw some people using this method, they get a normal Power Supply with 450Watt, and then cut the yellow and black power cord and connect it back on to CCTV power adapter, which have been cut off the head from adapter. I've been wanna to try it out, but i really don't know how should i do it. Is that someone here have try this out before? Thanks.

    Need Help Image Distorting

I saw your video clips, and i have this problem before. i solved this problem by changing the BNC connector, i use the clip-type and screw-type, mostly it's the negative and positive touch among it others, and somehow it produce wave video output. Hope this give you a bit of the ideas.

    Victim of Loansharks

i guess if you are installing the CCTV system around that area, they might think you are part of the "victim", i guess you should stop that right now, as they will sense that you are trying to fight back to them. Sometime, we rather stay still instead of getting into it. Unless they are trying to harrass you as well, by then i think you should report this to local police station then.

Turn CPU PSU to supply PWR for CCTV?

wow, it seems like i miss out a lot of the steps on switching it to provide the power for CCTV Cameras. What i did now is only connect the black and yellow power cable to provide the power for CCTV camera, i guess i gotta do some modification of that though.

Turn CPU PSU to supply PWR for CCTV?

Only if you get a cheap junky one. The ANTEC in my PC has been working great for years. 550W, cost me about $45. Switching-mode supply, tightly regulated, up to 15A on the 12VDC rails. No, it's not the "proper" or "ideal" solution or even designed for that purpose, but there's no reason it can't work just fine. Yeah, some PSU is reliable, just don't took some low quality with budget limited that you ask China to make. It probably will failed you down. I am implementing the PSU with the camera, and it's seems running smooth for now.

Turn CPU PSU to supply PWR for CCTV?

Thanks for the guide. I am thinking of using this so i don't need to use a lot of adapter for installing CCTV, say if it is 4-5s. By the way, is the PSU supply is 12V? and is it compatible with the Cameras? So i will need to short Pin 14 with which Pin #? Thanks Soundy.
  18. well, from what i found from internet i can see that there is a function call "set term to keep stored data" but in my Diginet version i cannot found it, and everytime it keep hang on the PC when the HDD space is full... I call up the supplier and they told me that it will automatically delete previous recorded video even you don't have this function. So i really fed up...

    WebDVR "Error on page"

i solve this problem by restarting my computer.
  20. i believe you have install your pc hardware driver before installing the DVR card driver right? If this is what you do i will suggest you reformat your PC again and soon after you have reformatted your pc, all you need to do is installing the Dvr driver before all the others driver fit in, and it should work perfect~!

    Graphic card problem????

i experience this before, did you change your motherboard before that? sometime ATI display do conflicting the DVR card, since the card is easily to get conflict with the others driver, i believe the DVR card you have only fit into VIA/Intel chipset motherboard, and for me i try all the display card and it work well.
