Hello guys, First of all there are my devices information : Model : DS - 7208HWI Version : 3.0.0 I'm trying since 1 week to connect 2 of my hikvision boxs to the hik-connect application. But when i enter the serial number of my devices it's tell me that they're offline... I was using "IVMS-4500" application with ip/domain system but it's not the best way for me ...(it doesn't work all the time i don't know why...). I got another Hikvision device which have the latest version and i'm able to connect this device with the application (very easly), so i guess it's a update version... But when i went on their website, i couldn't find any good version for my device... Nothing is easy with Hikvision... So my questions are : Is it a version problem ? What can i do to solve this problem? Do you have any link for the version i need to reach ? Thanks a lot for your help
