1. Download, install and run SADPTool http://www.hikvision.com/us/download_more_82_i10591.html 2. Copy new IPv4 address 3. Open browser and enter the new IPv4 address 4. When prompted download the browser plug-in Webcomponents.exe, install and restart the browser. 5. enter the new IPv4 address, login and back to normal
