Basler camera user interface: Screenshot, not full size. If it would cost some 30% less, then I would say its good value for money. -
Luxriot Pros/Cons?
robert replied to danielsan2222's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
Thats why its called WEB CLIENT. Use remote connection client for fully featured work with Luxriot. No cellphone app. and emailing function. You cant ask for all that for such a cheap price. These are not life&death features. Luxriot is great product for VERY good money for value. -

HD Sanyo Cameras

VCC-HD4000 is crap at low light - well, like most of the CMOS cameras. By spec it draws hell 12w. Tested to max possible, max 6w, dont know why such a difference. Big bonus - built in 10-63mm AF lense which can be controlled from NVR software(Luxriot). Also, dont treat it as 4mpix camera, because it does only 2.5fps@4mpix. 2100, 2300, 2500 - too fresh, releasing new firmware every two weeks. Need to wait for few month. -
Luxriot Pros/Cons?
robert replied to danielsan2222's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
I have been selling/installing only Luxriot so far. Its cheap, good enough and I had no huge problems with it. For that price - superb! Yes, Milestone and Avigilon is MUCH better, but sorry, none of my customers were ready to pay sky price for NVR software. I tried, but its just way too much. -
Power up camera from power adaptor, then connect it to laptop via cross over cable. Hold your laptop and with other hand turn lense ring I have done it before, no problem

Designing an IP CCTV system with 20-30 cameras
robert replied to koolmer's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
CMOS does motion blur, keep that in mind. Even if you have enough light, you should expect some motion blur. CCD has much better low light performance and doesnt blur. But CCD is more expensive. See the comparison table on this link: http://www.dalsa.com/corp/markets/CCD_vs_CMOS.aspx -

Could you please drop me a link on this? I contacted our local distributor yesterday asking about such a product, they said it doesnt exist. He said Nanostation M is the same like Nanostation 2 or 5, just higher throughput. -
