Please Help! Trying to upgrade firmware for my IPC-HFW5421E-Z camera, but progress hangs on "transmitting files.." every time (upgrading from web interface). When trying to upgrade from NVR there is an error 'upgrade failed'. When trying to upgrade from ConfigTools downloading reaches 50% and after some time there is an error 'upgrade timeout' Tried on MAC and Windows8 (the same result) Firmware should be compatible and downloaded from official site (PAL version): DH_IPC-HX5X2X-Themis_Eng_P_Stream3_V2.620.0000002.0.R.170830.bin (unzipped from zip) Link: http://www1.dahuasecurity.com/firmware_detail_161_5471.html Also tried previos versions of firmware.
