So I have looked for a while, decided on a system and going to do the install myself, 8 cameras connected to a NVR recorder in the spare bedrrom/office. I am going to use the loft for all the cable runs but my question is how does everyone get there cables from loft to a room below, any neat tricks or do have have to just cut a hole in the ceiling and run them all down through that maybe in some tubing of some sort.
