I'm trying to archive some footage to avi using video server E, but I'm not getting any audio. I've talked to the dealer and his answer was "Yes we know....." Video and audio play fine in the native format, but I'd like to archive it in a non-proprietary format and doing screen captures isn't a really good option. I've seen mention of this in some other postings, but I could not find real answers or some suggestions for a work around. TIA!
