I have 2 imporx cameras that I was able to successfully set up, but now one of the cameras isn't displaying an image and isn't showing up as an online device in the SADP software. Any trouble shooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I also switched the cables thinking maybe there was a short in the original cable...still no image...im going to try a new camera with the new cable here in a sec to see if it pulls up.

yes the camera still has power going to it and I tried to switch to a different camera using the same cable but the new camera didn't display an image either
