  2. Hi, I have just set up my Cctv. It’s a Hikvision 4x 5mp system. On my 4K tv. The Nvr also supports 4K. Problem is when all cameras are on substream or auto there picture quality is very poor in split screen . If I click the cameras into mainstream only 1 camera out of the 4 works and is crystal clear! The other 3 say no resource. Now if I left them all in auto they all show up but the picture quality is poor. But if I double click a camera and it becomes full screen it’s crystal clear! But then when switch back to split screen blurry again. I have messed about with settings for hours tried everything no luck. 1 thing it may be due to no internet? Our internet isn’t working at the min so making me think it’s due to no internet ? But then again surely it doesn’t need internet to get a good picture? just seems strange how only 1 cam works in mainstream and is perfect. 1 last thing. Would I need to update firmware? If so how do I do that lol. My model number is DS-7604NI-K1-4P
  3. Hi thanks for reply. Ar dam!! But my nvr supports up to 4K! Why would they sell these 5mp cams with this nvr if it’s not capable of putting out just 5mp when it’s ment to put out up to 8mp? This same nvr is sold with 8mp cams as well.
