  1. I use the LTS app to get doorbell ring alerts and take snapshots. The Lorex (Dahua) app is odd. When I tried to take a snapshot of any camera, the phone thought that the app was Facebook, and opened the picture through the Facebook app... On another note, I'm unable to edit any of the doorbell's camera settings in the Lorex app/client. So, I'm unable to create any motion detection zones for the doorbell through it.
  2. Hi, I currently have an LTS Doorbell (LTK6128W-WIFI), Lorex IP Cams (LNB8005) and NVR (LNR6826K), and a Dahua Turret (IPC-HDW5830R-Z). http://www.ltsecurityinc.com/ip-network-network-video-doorbell-ltk6128w-wifi.html https://www.lorextechnology.com/hd-security-surveillance-camera-system/hd-nvr-with-super-hd-4mp-security-cameras-/LNR6826K-1-p http://www1.dahuasecurity.com/products/ipc-hdw5830r-z-4321.html The Dahua Turret works fine with the Lorex NVR. But I can't add the LTS Doorbell. The NVR didn't detect the device automatically. So, I tried to add the device manually in the NVR with ONVIF protocol. I entered the IP address, TCP port, username, and password, but it said "The login return time is up." I also tried to access the IP address in my PC's web browser, but it said that the address "refused to connect." The doorbell cam works fine by itself, but I'd like my NVR to record what the cam sees. Is there a way to connect the Doorbell to the NVR? What are my options (with no monthly fees)? Should I get a new NVR? I'd appreciate any help.
  3. In case anyone has the same problem as I did, I got it to work! I updated the firmware for the doorbell via cell phone app. This assigned the doorbell a new ip address, so I updated the NVMS7000 client (of the doorbell) to reflect that. I also logged into the web interface for the NVR and added the Doorbell with the new ip address, via ONVIF protocol, and it worked! Thanks for everyone's input and help!
  4. Thanks CYANiDE, I responded in the post. Thanks tomcctv. I'll give that a try and I'll consider the Dahua doorbell cam.
