Hi,
I have an issue when atempting to upgrade this PTZ camera.
Actual software version is : 2.400.0000.9.R.4, Build Date: 2016-05-25
I downloaded last firmware 2 files on Dahua website :
DH_SD-Mao-Rhea_Eng_P_Stream3_IVS_V2.600.0000.2.R.20170905.bin
General_SD50XXX-HN-MAIN_MCU_V2.300.0000000.10.R.170926.bin
When I started upgrading with first file,after seconds, I got the 'File unmatch...' error, camera rebooted, the software version was the same and all camera functions stayed ok.
Unfortunatly, I made the upgrade with the second file, got no error messages, camera reboot but since that, PTZ commands are not working anymore.
What could I do to solve that.
I noticed the ' (-S2)' mentioned at end of product name on Dahua website. What is the meaning of that mention? Is there a difference with my camera ?
