Hi All, I have a qvis terminator with 4x 3tb HDD installed and i need to upgrade the storage space so i have purchased 4x 6tb HDD. Does anyone know the procedure for upgrading these as when i tried to replace one of the 3tb for a 6tb the system just goes into a boot loop. Thanks in advance

Hi All, I have a QVIS NVR system, i have purchased another QVIS camera to add to the system and made sure all the settings match my other cameras apart from its IP. The NVR will see the camera to add to the system but when added it tells me the camera is offline. The only difference i can see with this camera is that it has a newer firmware version than the others. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance
