Hi All, I had an issue which is my vms randomly unable to fetch view from NVR. Probably due to the traffic to the NVR was overload. i use vivotek cam with dual streaming stream 1 H.264 2mbps 25fps stream 2 mpeg 512kbps 15fps In order to encounter this issue,i had setup the environment on labs & try enabled udp multicast on camera & network to reduce the traffic overload. The finding is : NVR unable to records the streaming while camera in black & white mode. & randomly disconnect. Does anyone had encounter this kind of issue?

Hi GadgetAssistant, Thanks for the response, btw, what is meant by cam antenna? All of our camera was using Poe for the camera, which means it in LAN network environment. I think it is not the distance issue, since all cat6 cabel in our labs environment are less than 2m. While onsite, all of the port trunk were using fiber cable. Cat6 cable are less than 100m. PoE extender were equipped for those cable that are more than 100m.
