both CVI,AHD,TVI suported, other one is another brand from friend. my dvr was working fine @ start from few days not working, 'can you pleas help me to find dvr firmware?? is it possible or not?

Encoding problem all cameras video black only, no pictures restored PAL/NTSC changed did many things its not working all cameras ok i checked alredy only dvr not encoding (or somthig)
