I have since resolved my issues mentioned above. Thanks to anyone who helped out or looked at my problem.

Every time I use my user password on anything other than playback a message comes up - Access denied!

Hi folks I have a qvis DVR model number med 8case. I cannot enter the settings menu as the company who set it up have changed the admin password and they have since gone out of business. I would need a reset password for this and some instructions on how it works if possible. Would it be a case that when the admin password has been changed that the QR code for my iPhone will not work when you scan it ?? . Any help much appreciated. In exchange I can offer help and options on other things.
