Hey guys, need desperately your help! The local CCTV provider installed lately 2 bullet cams. Agreed in the offer was the model DS-2CD2T42WD-I5 Exir 4mm. However I recognized 2 days later that they actually installed the model DS-2CD2T23G0-i5 4mm. Now the question is if the model they installed is same quality or better or worse. I already googled the crap out of it, but I cannot find any proper info which is the newer version, technology etc. I can see that the offered one has 4mp and the installed one 2mp and a different IR but appart from that I dont know what would be the better model. Obviously the result would be either I complain and request a change to the offered model, or keep the installed version. Thanks a lot for your expert advise!!!
