    I buy a new hikvision PTZ . The model is DS-2DC6420IW-A. 6 inch PTZ. When power on ,pan is OK. But tile only working at 0 degree to 90 degree. Cannot goto -15 degree. If power off , I can move the camera to -15 degree by hand. Nothing can adjust. Any hints? How to fix it?
