HI all, I've set this same system up many times and never had an issue. In the past week i've set two up and both have the same problem. I have 4 cameras connected to a HIKVISON NVR with smart events configured. Notify surveillance centre will not work at all. Email alerts work just fine. I'm pulling my hair out. Hikvision support agree I have set it up correctly. Thanks in advance
