Hi everyone out there. I am trying to connect Proline IP Dome PR 8200 series to proline PR IP 8816 XVR. I receive error message with "wrong ID/Password" . I know all the passwords for both the Cameras and the NVR , I even log onto the devices but I cant add the cameras to the NVR for viewing. I am not sure which password is being referred to here or the ID has some special function. Please help. I am also running IMS 300 v1.1 software. I dont seem to be making headway. Thanks in anticipation
