And yes I can view cameras at home,but when I put details of no ip in ivms 4500 I can't get picture,I checked the details on nvr and logged into nvr they all match set up prop ??

hi guys im desperate for some help,im setting up remote viewing on ivms4500,it used to work but iv had a change of router,iv port forwarded 80 8000 554 all ports are open, im using no-ip as my ddns server,all details for no-ip are same on phone and my nvr, im scratching my head iv spent hours and hours,some times i can view the cameras on phone at my house,then i just tried again and saying off line i dont know whats happening and i can never view them away from home,iv done all the hard work but must be some thing simple im missing,would appreciate if someone could help to sort this????
